In-Store Returns:
There is a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us an email at for further instructions on how to return your item(s).

Online Returns/Exchanges:
All online returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at and the return package must be postmarked within 14 days after the delivery of your order. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect size. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at to receive further instructions.

Processing times for orders placed Monday-Friday is 1-2 days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by the following Tuesday during store hours.

Free shipping is available on orders $100 or more by using code FREESHIP at checkout.

International Shipping:

Oh Pink! is a small shop and it's difficult to estimate international shipping. The prices change drastically based on where you're located and the weight of your shipment. Because of this, there is a flat rate $22 international shipping fee. If it costs less for us to ship your order then you will be refunded the difference.

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Oh Pink! Party Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages via your tracking email.
